Hip-Hop Exhibiting Punk Characteristics: What Does it Mean? (Article)

Today HypeBeast published an article on a trend that some of us have been noticing for a while, new Hip-Hop artists exhibiting trends that once only seemed to take place in the punk rock scene.

What caught my attention about Odd Future almost two-years ago, is seeing these live shows that looked like rock shows that I went to growing up.  Always considering myself a punk rock kid at heart, I couldn’t help but embrace their don’t-give-a-fuck, DIY attitude, it almost made me nostalgic.  Click here for the full article.
